Our catering team members are energetic, friendly, and detail-oriented. They facilitate pick up, delivery, and full-service catering orders. They help with every aspect of catering, including food preparation, delivery, and breakdown. A flexible schedule and the can-do attitude of our catering team is what keeps Soulman’s catering calendar full of repeat clients (not to mention the delicious Texas bar-b-que!)

Essential Requirements

Must be 18 years of age
Must have valid Texas driver’s license; at least 5 years of driving history preferred
Ability to follow instructions and learn procedures and techniques
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed
Ability to work standing for extended periods of time, including bending, walking, climb stairs, etc.
Willing to work a flexible schedule and weekends
Ability to work with continuous use of hands and arms
Willing to adhere to all uniform and safety standards
Willing to honor the health and wellness of all team members and customers by upholding Soulman’s Smoke-Free Workplace Policy.

Responsibilities

Report to work as scheduled, on time, well-groomed in proper uniform
Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied
Load, transport, and deliver orders to clients in a safe, timely manner
Provide exceptional service to each customer
Be familiar with catering menu items
Abide by all local and state health guidelines

Able to work effectively within a team
Basic food service knowledge and POS experience is helpful

Compensation: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
